At first glance, the sculpture appears motionless, but as soon as you approach it, it captures your facial expression and comes to »life«.
Despite its human-like and abstract appearance, the sculpture gains a certain vitality through its movement behavior. Thanks to its folded form and structure, it can contract and incline in various directions. Thus, it curiously follows the observers as they move around the room.
It is intended to provoke reflection on how we will react to objects and machines in the future that can recognize and interpret our emotions. Can we use them to sharpen our perception of our own emotional state?
